F.A.Q.
On average, a full coaching programme consists of 6-8 sessions. Depending on your question and goals, this may be slightly more or less, but this is the guideline we usually follow.
Each session usually lasts around 60 to 90 minutes. Between sessions, we usually schedule with 1 to 4 weeks gap, so that you have time to apply insights and we can keep progress.
In many cases, you can get a first appointment within 1-2 weeks, depending on availability.
No: services are not reimbursed by health insurers because coaching is not a first-line psychological treatment.
Yes - in some cases the costs are (partially) reimbursable through your employer. This depends on the arrangements within your organisation.
For the self-employed, coaching can often qualify as a business expense as part of training costs or personal development. Consult your accountant or tax adviser for your specific situation.
Coaching focuses on your goals and future; therapy often focuses on treating psychological problems or traumas. Coaching is practical and goal-oriented.
