Team and organisational coaching

Collaboration requires more than good intentions.
It requires an understanding of behaviour, the ability to handle tension and a willingness to really address each other.

I use group and team coaching with leaders, entrepreneurs and professionals who want to consciously deepen their cooperation and leadership. In a safe but clear setting, we work on communication, trust and ownership.

Not casual conversations, but targeted interventions that reveal patterns and bring movement.

When is this appropriate?

This type of guidance is valuable when:

Leaders want to strengthen their communicative impact and emotional intelligence.

Teams want to work together more effectively and manage conflict constructively.

Stagnation is felt in development or decision-making.

Teams want to increase their resilience and operate with more focus and confidence.

Sometimes as a preventive investment in strong cooperation.
Sometimes when things are already chafing and clarity is needed.

How do I work?

Every group is different. That is why I always work on a tailor-made basis.

My approach combines reflection, psychological depth and - where appropriate - physical forms of work such as boxing coaching. By involving head and body, behaviour is not only discussed but also experienced.

In group sessions, something arises that is not possible individually:
instant feedback, recognition in each other's patterns and the chance to practice new behaviours immediately.

Safe where it should be.
Confronting where it is needed.

Always focused on sustainable change in practice.
