What is psychological coaching?
Psychological coaching helps you live more consciously, get a grip on your thoughts and behaviour and take more control of your life. No standard solutions, but coaching that really suits you.
Whether you get stuck at work, privately or just want to develop yourself further, coaching gives you the space to grow and take targeted steps. In a safe, open setting, you work on insight, resilience and change using various methods.
Common themes:
✔ Increased self-confidence and personal impact
✔ Dealing with stress, burnout and tension
✔ Communicating more effectively and improving relationships
✔ Setting boundaries and increasing assertiveness
✔ Coping with grief and loss
✔ Leadership and professional development
What to expect
In the coaching process, you work on personal growth and sustainable change in a structured way. We always start with an intake in which we explore your situation, goals and expectations. On this basis, together we draw up a suitable programme, without standard solutions, but tailored to your needs.
In the sessions, we combine insights from evidence-based models such as ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), body-oriented techniques, systemic work and elements from solution-focused coaching and behaviour change. Boxing coaching can also be used, where relevant, for additional depth.
You will not only gain insight, but also practical tools that you can immediately use in your daily life. This is how we ensure movement and lasting change.
A course usually consists of 4 to 8 sessions of 1 to 1.5 hours, with follow-up or deepening if required.
