Who am I?
Psychology, coaching, body-oriented approach and boxing(as a tool) are an ideal combination for me to verbally and physically shape my work.
For years, I have been helping individuals, teams and organisations to break patterns, communicate more clearly, reflect on (your own) leadership, be more powerful in life and work together more effectively.
I combine my psychological background with active working methods, a systemic view and a body-oriented approach. In which I use various methods, from deep reflections, sparressions, systemic constellations, to taking each other into the ring for a boxing therapy session.
So that growth is not just understood, but truly experienced and embedded in everyday life.
My mission
No-nonsense, no detours. Direct, honest and fully committed. I say what needs to be said - without restraint, but always with respect.
I don't shy away from confrontations, because real growth often starts where it becomes uncomfortable. And I do this in a setting where safety, trust and humanity are paramount. I am not very good at clinical aloofness and understand very well that in order to build a connection, I too have things to share about my life.
Whether you are looking for a breakthrough as an individual, want more connection and effectiveness as a team, or want to empower your impact and vision as a leader - we will work together.
Focused, practical and results-driven. Because only by doing will things really change.
