What is Psychological Boxing Coaching?
Since my childhood, martial arts have had an attraction for me. From the old Bruce Lee films, my karate lessons and later my experiences as a member of the boxing and kickboxing school. It helped me become more sure of myself and also be able to stand my ground when needed.
Since 2010, I have used this old fascination to create a form in my coaching of groups and individuals where words alone are no longer sufficient and where the body also has its say. psyschological boxing coaching is for everyone who wants to work on personal growth and behavioural change in an innovative way.
By literally stepping into the ring, you discover how you respond to pressure, resistance and challenge. It helps you explore your patterns in an experiential way and gain more insight into your behaviour, emotions and automatic reactions. This way, you work not only with your head, but also with your body. And that can give room for often surprising breakthroughs. Once your body has felt something, it becomes part of who we are.
Are you looking for an approach that goes beyond just talking? Do you want to move, feel and do? Then psychological boxing coaching is a powerful way to get to know yourself in a different way and take steps forward.
I also offer personal development programmes, group training and leadership coaching, using Psychological boxing coaching as part of a tailor-made programme if required.

Boxing coaching for teams and leaders
How do you react under pressure?
Do you stay connected or go on the attack?
What happens to communication when tension mounts?
Boxing coaching is a powerful intervention as an energiser, workshop, teambuilding or leadership training. It also works sharply as a mirror for an MT or executive team.
By combining physical action with focused reflection, behaviour becomes immediately visible. Not theory, but experience. What you do in the ring, you often do in the boardroom.
Themes that regularly take centre stage:
- Effective cooperation and communication
- Giving and receiving feedback
- Tuning in without losing yourself
- Group roles and team dynamics
- The power of slowing down in a world that is constantly accelerating
Teams experience not only insight, but also energy, focus and mutual sharpness. New behaviours can be tried - and felt - immediately.
